包头地区2637例女性HPV感染情况及基因型分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:根据所调查检测的来自包头地区2637名受检女性人员的HPV基因分型结果分析,初步了解包头地区适龄受检女性HPV的感染情况。方法:采用PCR-反向点杂交技术进行HPV基因分型的检测,并对所得结果做出分析探讨。结果:在所有受检女性中发现有723名感染人员,阳性率达27.42%;发现单一基因型别感染最多,占所有感染人员的69.02%;双重基因型别和多重基因型别分别占23.24%和7.74%;本次实验可查23种HPV基因型,于受检人群中共发现21种亚型,即检出高危型别16种,低危型别5种,2种高危型别HR-73和HR-83未检出;检出感染率最高的前3位分别是HR-52(6.22%)、HR-16(6.07%)和HR-58(3.15%);HPV在各年龄组女性中均可检出,其中35~44岁HPV的感染率最高,感染率为32.04%,HPV女性感染率在年龄上总体差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在HPV双重型别感染率上不同年龄受检人员差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:包头地区受检女性人员的HPV感染以单一高危基因型别为主,同时存在双重基因型别和多重基因型别。且感染率与年龄有关,35~44岁年龄组的HPV感染率最高,有必要对这一年龄段的人群加强防癌的宣教和HPV的筛查。 Objective:According to the results of HPV genotyping analysis of 2637 female subjects from BaoTou,we preliminarily understand the HPV infection situation of women at the right age in BaoTou.Methods:The genotyping of HPV was detected by PCR-reverse dot hybridization,and the results were analyzed and discussed.Results:723 infected women were found in all tested women,with a positive rate of 27.41%.The single genotype was found to be the most common infection,accounting for 69.02%of all infected women.Dual genotypes and multiple genotypes accounted for 23.24%and 7.74%respectively.Twenty-three HPV genotypes were identified in this experiment.Twenty-one subtypes were found in the tested population.Sixteen high-risk types and five low-risk types were detected.Two high-risk types,HR-73 and HR-83,were not detected.The highest infection rates were HR-52(6.22%),HR-16(6.07%)and HR-58(3.15%).HPV could be detected in women of all ages,and the infection rate of HPV in 35-44 years old was the highest,with an infection rate of 32.04%.The overall difference of HPV infection rate in women was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was also significant difference in HPV double type infection rate among different age groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The HPV infection of female staff in a hospital in BaoTou is mainly caused by single high-risk genotype,and there are double genotypes and multiple genotypes at the same time.The infection rate is related to age,and the HPV infection rate is the highest in the 35 to 44 years old age group.It is necessary to strengthen cancer prevention education and HPV screening for this age group.
