Analysis and Treatment of Communication Fault between Offshore Wind Turbine Single Unit and Monitoring

摘要 介绍某海上风电机组环形网络的构成及运行原理,监控系统的数据结构及数据运行与传输逻辑,对运行中出现的单台机组与监控系统间通信故障原因进行分析,并根据通信网络与原理快速定位故障点,提出对应的解决办法,提高单台机组通信故障处理效率。针对导致通信故障出现频率较高的故障原因进行分析,并提出改进措施,降低故障率,提升海上风电场监控系统稳定性。 The composition and operating principle of a offshore wind turbine ring network,the data structure of the monitoring system and the logic of data operation and transmission are introduced.The causes of communication failures between individual units and the monitoring system in operation are analysed,and the corresponding solutions are proposed to improve the efficiency of single-unit communication failures by quickly locating the failure points according to the communication network and principles.The causes of communication faults are analysed and improvement measures are proposed to reduce the fault rate and improve the stability of the offshore wind farm monitoring system.
