摘要
就业创业指导服务工作是高校工作的重点,是高校可持续发展的重要环节和内在要求,也是高等教育健康发展的有效保证。文章以云南大学旅游文化学院为例,在分析高校辅导员在就业创业指导服务过程中独特作用的基础上,提出了建立以辅导员为中心的"辅导员+"就业创业指导服务模式,以期实现就业创业指导服务工作的个性化、全方位和开放化发展。
The service work of employment and entrepreneurship guidance is the focus of college work.It is the important link and inherent requirement for the sustainable development of colleges and universities.It is also and the effective guarantee for the healthy development of higher education.Taking the College of Tourism and Culture of Yunnan University as an example,the unique role of the college counselor in the employment and entrepreneurship guidance service is analyzed in this paper,and then establishing the counselor+employment and entrepreneurship guidance service mode that takes the counselor as the center is put forward.It is expected that the service work of employment and entrepreneurship guidance realizes individualized,comprehensive and open development.
