摘要
随着网络技术的不断创新与发展,当前"互联网+"背景下的高校体育教学既迎来了新的机遇也迎来了新的挑战。为了提高高校体育教学效果,促进我国大学生身体素质的整体提升,文章采用文献资料法等,对"互联网+"背景下的高校体育教学设计展开研究。主要结论:在高校体育教学当中,教师要转变传统体育教学理念,借助互联网技术红利,不断拓展补充高校体育教学内容,丰富高校体育教学的表现形式,建立完善的高校体育教学评价体系,才能从根本上改变传统体育教学模式,充分调动学生对体育科目和日常锻炼的积极性,帮助学生养成终身参与体育锻炼的良好习惯。
With the continuous innovation and development of network technology,physical education teaching in colleges and universities under the background of"Internet"has ushered in new opportunities as well as new challenges.In order to improve the teaching effect of physical education in colleges and universities and promote the overall improvement of physical fitness of college students in China,this paper adopts the method of literature and so on to study the teaching design of physical education in colleges and universities under the background of"Internet".The main conclusions:in the physical education teaching of colleges and universities,teachers should change the traditional physical education teaching idea,with the help of the Internet technical dividend,constantly expand and supplement the physical education teaching content in colleges and universities,enrich the manifestation of physical education teaching in colleges and universities,and establish a perfect evaluation of physical education teaching in colleges and universities.Price system.Only by fundamentally changing the traditional physical education teaching mode,fully arousing students’enthusiasm for physical education subjects and daily exercise,and helping students to form a good habit of participating in physical exercise for life.
