摘要
培养创新型人才既是建设创新型国家的需要,也是建设"双一流"院校的具体任务之一。在"双一流"建设的新时期,如何转变教育思想建立起适应创新型人才培养的新机制,这是高校所面临的巨大挑战。该文主要分析了新时期高校如何构建适应创新型人才培养的新机制,为今后高校构建更有利于创新型人才脱颖而出的培养与评选指标体系提供参考。
Cultivating innovative talents is not only the need of building an innovative country, but also one of the specific tasks of building "double first-class" colleges and universities. During the new period of ’double first-class’ construction, how to change the educational ideas and establish a new mode to adapt to the cultivation of innovative talents is a great challenge faced by colleges and universities. Based on how to build a new mode to adapt to the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities in the new period, this paper provides a reference for colleges and universities to build a new training and selection index system that is more conducive to innovative talents.
