摘要
当下,职业院校产教融合教学的管理模式已在职业院校探索中形成,这一模式得到了国家教育部门的大力推行,该模式将职业教育和高层次理论教育相融合,能够适应新环境下企业对职业人才的素养要求,对学生社会实践能力的提升和外部社会平台的搭建具有积极意义,也加强了校企间的深度合作。该文就产教融合条件下的教育管理模式做了探究,并在定位、合作方法和融合提升等方面给出了相应建议。
The first mock exam is the integration of occupation education and occupation teaching in vocational colleges. This mode has been vigorously implemented by the national education department. This mode integrates occupation education with high-level theoretical education, and can adapt to the comprehensive quality requirements of occupation talents in the new environment, enhance the social practice ability of students and build up the external social platform. It is of positive significance and also strengthens the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises. This paper explores the education management mode under the condition of industry education integration, and puts forward corresponding suggestions in terms of positioning, cooperation methods and integration promotion.
