摘要
双院协同育人模式下的创业教育对于提升创业教育质量、培养创业人才具有重要的意义。该文探索双院协同育人模式下创业教育机制。在组织制度方面,建立双院联席会议制度。在协同分工方面,书院侧重创业能力与素养的培养,而学院侧重创业教育。在育人模式方面,推进立德树人与专业培养的深度融合、实现第一课堂与第二课堂的有效衔接、建立双院硬件资源的共享机制、加强书院辅导员与专业教师的工作协同。在成效评估方面,建立第一课堂成绩单与第二课堂成绩单相结合的评价机制。
The entrepreneurship education in the mode of academy-college cooperative education is of great significance for improving the quality of entrepreneurship education and cultivating entrepreneurial talents. The paper explores the entrepreneurship education mechanism in the mode of academy-college cooperative education. In terms of organizational system, the system of joint meetings of academy and college should be established. In terms of collaborative division of labor, the college focuses on the cultivation of entrepreneurial ability and accomplishment, while the academy focuses on entrepreneurship education. In terms of education mode, the paths include promoting the deep integration of moral education and professional training, realizing the effective connection between the first class and the second class, establishing the sharing mechanism of hardware resources of academy and college, strengthening the cooperation between college counselors and professional teachers. In the aspect of effectiveness evaluation, the evaluation mechanism combining the transcript of the first class with the single-phase result of the second class is established.
