摘要
客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)可提供客观、有序、有组织的考核框架,并通过模拟临床场景来测试医学生的临床能力,是一种知识、技能和态度并重的临床能力评估方法。在内分泌科实习护生中运用OSCE出科考核模式,相比于笔试和单一技能操作的传统出科考核模式,OSCE模式更能调动学生学习的积极性,提高学生问题解决能力并培养其临床思维,能更好地评价学生的临床综合实践能力,是高等护理教育教学改革的必然趋势。
Objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) can provide an objective, orderly and organized assessment framework, and test the clinical ability of medical students by simulating clinical scenes. It is a clinical ability assessment method that pays equal attention to knowledge, skills and attitude. Compared with the traditional examination mode of written examination and single skill operation, OSCE examination mode can mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm, improve students’ problem-solving ability, cultivate their clinical thinking, and better evaluate their clinical comprehensive practice ability. It is an inevitable trend of higher nursing education teaching reform to apply OSCE examination mode in nursing practice.
