摘要
据教育部统计,2020届毕业生高达874万人,面对宏观环境的变化和就业市场的需求缩水,如何缓解当前复杂严峻的就业形势,如何实现充分就业,是摆在2020届毕业生面前的重大课题,也是对高校毕业生就业工作的挑战。该文以南京艺术学院高等职业教育学院2020届毕业生为例,探讨艺术院校就业工作的新特点和新问题,寻求缓解复杂局面的新方法和新途径,以期为高校就业工作的推进提供新的思路。
According to statistics from the Ministry of Education, there are as many as 8.74 million graduates in the class of 2020. Faced with the changing macro environment and the shrinking demand of the job market, graduates will be unemployed and employment in colleges and universities will be difficult. How to alleviate the current complex and severe employment situation and how to achieve full employment are major issues facing graduates of the class of2020, as well as challenges to the employment of college graduates. Taking the graduates of college of higher Vocational Rducation, Nanjing University of the Arts in 2020 as an example, this paper discusses the new characteristics and problems of employment in art colleges,and seeks for new methods and approaches to alleviate the complex situation, so as to provide new ideas for the promotion of employment in colleges and universities in a special period.
