摘要
2020届是学校全面开展现代学徒制试点工作的第一批学生,针对毕业生发放在线问卷调查,对毕业生实习基本情况、专升本情况和现代学徒制背景下的就业形势进行实证分析;对问卷调查结果进行统计分析后提出相应的建议,学校在今后的就业实践中,进一步强化在校生的理论知识学习,培养学生对岗位的"认同感"以及深化现代学徒制背景下的产教融合和校企接轨,为企业、为社会培养更优秀的人才。
The class of 2020 is the first batch of students to fully carry out the modern apprenticeship pilot work.Online questionnaires are issued for the employment of graduates to conduct empirical analysis on the basic situation of graduates internship, undergraduate promotion and employment situation in the background of modern apprenticeship;after the statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey results, the corresponding suggestions are put forward. In the future employment practice, the school will further strengthen the professional theoretical knowledge learning of the students, cultivate the students’ "sense of identification" with the post, and deepen the integration of production and education and the school under the background of modern apprenticeship. Integrate with enterprises and cultivate better talents for enterprises and society.
