摘要
该文以闽江学院为例,通过对闽江学院闽台项目和非闽台项目的毕业生就业情况进行调研,在比较的基础上,分析了闽台高校联合培养项目毕业生就业能力。调研发现,闽台项目毕业生选择国有企业和政府机构就业的人数明显多于非闽台项目毕业生。并且,闽台项目毕业生相对有更高的创业热情。从薪资待遇和发展潜力上看,闽台项目毕业生也具有一定的优势。调研也发现了闽台项目的一些不足,并提出了改进建议。
Taking Minjiang university as an example, this paper analyzes employability of graduates from joint cultivation program by investigating the employment situation of graduates from joint cultivation program and non-joint cultivation program. The investigation found that the number of graduates from joint cultivation program who chose to work for state-owned enterprises and government offices was significantly higher than that of graduates from non-joint cultivation program. Moreover, graduates from joint cultivation program are more enthusiastic about starting a business.Additionally, from the perspective of salary treatment and development potential, the graduates of joint cultivation program also have some advantages. However, the investigation also found some shortcomings of joint cultivation program and put forward some suggestions for improvement.
