摘要
创新创业教育是当前高校教育的重要形式,高校辅导员在创新创业教育中扮演着重要角色,通过向学生传递最新的创业信息、搭建创业创新平台,从而为学生创业创新教育提供服务。该文对创业创新教育中辅导员的角色定位进行了分析,探讨辅导员在创业创新教育中的作用,分析当前辅导员角色边缘化的原因,提出完善辅导员角色的路径,进一步提出充分发挥辅导员作用、加强辅导员培训的措施与方法,期望为相关研究提供参考。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important form of current college education. College counselors play an important role in innovation and entrepreneurship education. They provide services for students’ Entrepreneurship and innovation education by passing the latest entrepreneurial information to students and building an entrepreneurship and innovation platform. This paper analyzes the role of counselors in Entrepreneurship and innovation education, discusses the role of counselors in Entrepreneurship and innovation education, analyzes the reasons for the marginalization of the current role of counselors, puts forward the path to improve the role of counselors, and further puts forward the measures and methods to give full play to the role of counselors and strengthen the training of counselors, hoping to provide reference for related research.
