摘要
食品分析是食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全专业的一门核心课程,是理论与实践密切结合的课程,在食品行业发展中有着极其重要的作用。然而,目前食品分析理论与实验课存在一些问题,例如理论与实验割裂、理论与实验内容比较滞后、授课方法单一等。针对上述问题,该文将理论与实践相结合模式融入食品分析理论和实验课程,并采取相应措施,以培养出既具有理论创新思维,又具有实践创新能力的高素质食品专业人才。
Food analysis is a core professional course of food science and engineering,food quality and safety,and a course closely combining theory and practice.It plays an extremely important role in the development of the food industry.However,currently,there are some problems in the theoretical and experimental courses of food analysis,such as the phenomenon of separation between theory and experiment,the relatively lagging content of theory and experiment,and the single teaching method.In response to the above issues,this article integrates a model of combining theory and practice into the theoretical and experimental courses of food analysis,and takes corresponding measures to cultivate high-quality food professionals with both theoretical and practical innovative thinking.
