摘要
学科竞赛是培养学生创新和实践能力的有效载体,是体现应用型高校人才培养质量的指标之一。该文剖析目前高校学科竞赛管理组织现状,从架构学科竞赛管理组织体系、建立学科竞赛优秀导师指导平台、参赛学生选拔与培养模式、学科竞赛培训体系、激发学生兴趣等角度具体探索学科竞赛组织管理模式,研究内容对应用型高校学科竞赛及“双创”活动的管理与组织实施有一定的参考价值。
Discipline competition is an effective carrier for cultivating students'innovation and practical ability,and is one of the indicators reflecting the quality of talent training in application-oriented universities.This paper analyzes the current status of discipline competition management organization in colleges and universities,and specifically explores the organization and management mode of discipline competition from the perspectives of structuring the discipline competition management organization system,establishing a guidance platform for excellent tutors of discipline competitions,selecting and training models of participating students,training system of discipline competitions,and how to stimulate students'interest,and the research content has certain reference value for the management and organization and implementation of discipline competitions and entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship activities in application-oriented universities.
