浅谈激发后进学生学习动力的策略

摘要 重视激发学生的学习动力,是素质教育实践的需要。是贯彻主体性教育思想的需要,也是完善学习心理结构、促进学生学习心理健康发展的需要。如何激发学生的学习动力,是当前素质教育的主题之一。教师坚持"低要求、小步子、多活动、勤辅导、快反馈",用爱心引导他们,提高他们的自信心,重视方法和技巧的点拨,刺激他们探究学习的动力和热情,让他们更好地发挥自己的潜能。只要调动多方"支点",就一定能让后进生动起,成为最好的自己! It is necessary for the practice of quality education to attach importance to stimulating students’learning motivation.It is not only the need of carrying out the subjective education thought,but also the need of perfecting the learning psychological structure and promoting the healthy development of students’learning psychology.How to stimulate students’learning motivation is one of the themes of quality education.We should encourage them to develop their learning skills,enthusiasm and enthusiasm.As long as the mobilization of multi-party"fulcrum",we will be able to make the less advanced vivid and become the best of ourselves!
