摘要
针对习近平总书记提出的新时代教师标准,梳理了"四有好老师""四个相统一""四个引路人"之间的相互关系及基本内涵,分析了现阶段教师存在理想信念不足、道德情怀不足、育人能力不足等问题,据此,提出了学习是自我提高的前提条件、政治觉悟是前行的动力源泉、道德情操是育人成效的保障、实践是教师不断提升的推进器的教师成长路径,这对教师成长和胜任新时代教育工作具有指导意义。
According to the new era teacher standard proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping,this paper studied the interrelationships and basic connotations of"four good teachers","four unifications"and"four guides",and analyzed the current problems of teachers,such as lack of ideals and beliefs,lack of moral feelings,and the lack of educational ability.Therefore,a path for the growth of teachers is proposed,including the preconditions for self-improvement,political consciousness as the source of driving force for progress,moral sentiment as the guarantee of educating results,and practice as the promoter of continuous improvement of teachers.It is instructive for teachers to grow up and be competent for education.
