摘要
(1)目的调查高职学生手机依赖现状,探求手机依赖与正负性情绪、认知失败之间的内在联系。(2)方法采用手机依赖指数量表、正负性情绪量表、认知失败量表对梧州职业学院251名学生实施现状调查。(3)结果①43.32%的高职学生存在手机依赖症状,且女生依赖手机现象较男生重;②正性情绪对手机依赖症状表现负向预测效应,负性情绪则对手机依赖症状表现正向预测效应;③认知失败中干扰、记忆、人际失误维度与手机依赖呈现正相关。(4)结论认知失败对高职学生手机依赖程度产生负向预测作用,可以通过促进积极情绪体验,削减负性情绪的敏感度与认知挫败感,以期对高职学生手机依赖形成有效干预。
(1)Objective To investigate the current situation of vocational students’mobile phone dependence,and to explore the internal relationship between mobile phone dependence and positive and negative emotions and cognitive failure.(2)Methods Three scales were used to investigate 251 students in Wuzhou Vocational College.(3)Results①43.32%of vocational students have cell phone dependence symptoms;②Positive emotions have a negative predictive effect on mobile phone dependence;③Multiple dimensions in cognitive failure are positively correlated with mobile phone dependence.(4)Conclusion Effective intervention can be formed on mobile phone dependence of vocational students by promoting positive emotional experience and other methods.
