摘要
推动高等专业教育的发展,培养学生的创新意识、创新精神及创新能力成为了高校育人的核心话题,而如何将"学训赛创"四位一体的教育模式融合到高等教育中,成为了我们急需思考的命题。本文旨在高等学校提倡创新教育的时代背景中,介绍关于开展"学训赛创"四位一体深度融合的人才教育模式,围绕高职院校理论教学与实践探索相融合的方法进行研究,深度有机地将课堂学习、技能训练、职业竞赛和创新创业能力结合在一起,并着重对这一模式在高等教育中的开展方法与途径予以探讨。
To promote the development of higher professional education and to cultivate students’innovative consciousness,Spirit and ability has become the core topic of higher education,how to integrate the four-in-one educational model of "learning,training and competition" into higher education has become a proposition that we need to think about urgently.The purpose of this paper is to introduce the talent education mode of deep integration of "learning,training,competition and creation" in the background of innovation education in colleges and universities,focusing on the integration of theory teaching and practice exploration in higher vocational colleges,combining classroom learning,skill training,professional competition and innovation and entrepreneurship,it also puts emphasis on the discussion of the developing methods and approaches of this model in higher education.
