基于校企融合的一体化课程开发与应用

摘要 随着目前高职教育的不断深化改革,在"校企合作、产教融合"背景下,课程建设是主体,一体化课程的开发与应用则成为实现企业岗位需求与教学内容、理论与实践有效对接的基础和关键。本文对目前校企融合一体化难点与课程开发基础进行了分析、概述,以"数字出版物制作"课程为例,从而进一步提出了基于校企融合的一体化课程的开发应用的方案,主要包括课程内容设计、教学组织实施、课程评价。设计此方案的主要目的就是为了帮助学校和企业一体化课程改革提供思路,最终实现学生、教师、企业三方面的共赢。 With the deepening of the reform of higher vocational education,under the background of"school-enterprise cooperation,industry-education integration",curriculum construction is the main body,and the development and application of integrated curriculum has become the foundation and key to realize the effective connection between the enterprise’s job demand and teaching content,theory and practice.This paper analyzes and summarizes the difficulties in the integration of school-enterprise integration and the basis of curriculum development.Taking the course of"making digital publications"as an example,it further puts forward the development and application plan of the integrated curriculum based on the integration of school-enterprise integration,which mainly includes curriculum content design,teaching organization and implementation,and curriculum evaluation.The main purpose of this project is to help schools and enterprises to provide ideas for the integration of curriculum reform,and ultimately achieve a win-win situation in the three aspects of students,teachers and enterprises.
