摘要
职业能力的递进培养和精准培养对于人才培养都有着十分重要的意义,本文主要针对如何将二者有机结合并组织实施进行探讨,通过优化教学模式和调整教学计划,来解决高职学生参加实际工作时,表现出来的职业素养或专业技能不满足用人单位需求的问题。
The progressive of vocational ability cultivation and precision for talent training has the very vital significance,this article mainly aims at how to combine the two organic and organize their implementation are discussed,by optimizing the teaching mode and adjust the teaching plan,to solve the practical work of higher vocational students,of professional quality and professional skills do not meet the demand of unit of choose and employ persons.
