摘要
论述了民用建筑能效测评对建筑节能闭环管理的重要性;阐述了建筑能效理论值测评的时间节点、研究基础。依据DGJ/TJ135—2012《民用建筑能效测评标识标准》对某商业广场进行建筑能效理论值测评。该项目基础项和规定项满足要求,能效等级标识2星。通过对测评建筑与比对建筑的能耗对比分析发现,窗墙比较大的建筑在现行节能65%标准基础上如果再提高建筑能效,那么提高冷热源效率,优化门窗、幕墙热工性能均是重要的突破口。
The importance of civil building energy efficiency evaluation in closed-loop management of building energy conservation is expounded.The time node and research foundation are discussed.The commercial plaza is implemented building energy efficiency evaluation based on theoretical value according to Standard for Energy Efficiency Evaluation Labeling of Civil Building(DGJ/TJ135-2012).The basic items and regulated items of the project meet the requirements,the energy efficiency of plaza labels two stars.By energy consumption comparing of the real building and the comparative building,it is found that increasing the efficiency of cold and heat sources,and optimizing the thermal performance of doors,windows and curtain walls are important breakthrough to improve the energy efficiency of the building with larger windows and walls on the basis of the current energy-saving standard of 65%.
