摘要
采用Flixo软件对严寒地区建筑中风管穿外墙的构造做法进行热桥模拟研究,得出各种不同构造做法下的热流和内表面温度。通过对不同构造做法的热流表现和内表面温度分析,得出应在处理适合严寒地区近零能耗建筑热桥构造、提高室内环境质量、延长建筑寿命的同时,合理降低建造成本。研究表明,严寒地区新风管道与外墙预留洞间应进行保温,否则周边外墙内表面温度低于0℃。在严寒地区近零能耗建筑中新风管道与预留洞口间采用50 mm厚聚氨酯发泡,新风管道包覆80 mm厚橡塑保温为经济、性能最佳方案。
Flixo software is utilized to simulate the construction method of ventilation duct passing through the external wall in the cold area,then the heat flow and inner surface temperature under different construction methods are obtained.Through the analysis of heat flow performance and inner surface temperature of different construction methods,it is concluded that the heat bridge treatment structure is suitable for buildings with near zero energy consumption in severe cold area,which can improve the indoor environment,improve the life of buildings,and reasonably reduce the construction cost.It is concluded that the insulation should be carried out between the fresh air duct and the reserved hole of the outer wall in the cold area,otherwise the temperature of the inner surface is lower than 0℃.In the cold area,50 mm thick polyurethane foam is used between the fresh air pipe and the reserved hole,and 80 mm thick rubber plastic insulation is the best economic performance scheme.
