摘要
以云贵高原富营养化湖泊滇池湖心柱状沉积物(高63 cm)作为研究对象,在对滇池富营养化历史、有机质来源等前期研究基础上,以沉积物中脂肪烃、脂肪酸和脂肪醇等生物标志物分子碳同位素组成为主要研究对象,对比讨论了富营养化过程对主要生物标志物分子碳同位素组成的影响,探讨了水体重度富营养化状态后主要生物标志物分子碳同位素组成的变化规律。研究结果表明,滇池富营养化过程主要影响了藻类源、挺水和漂浮植物源脂肪烃、脂肪醇的分子碳同位素组成,由于富营养状态下水体微生物数量明显增加,结合态和游离态长链脂肪酸中厌氧菌源二次脂肪酸占比增加,导致长链脂肪分子碳同位素组成变化明显。
The columnar sediment(63 cm high)in the center of Dianchi Lake,an eutrophic lake in Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau,was studied.Based on the previous studies on the history of eutrophication and the source of organic matter in Dianchi Lake,the effects of water eutrophication on the carbon isotopic composition of biomarkers such as aliphatic hydrocarbons,fatty acids and fatty alcohols were studied,and the variation of molecular carbon isotope composition of main biomarkers after hyper-eutrophication was discussed.The results showed that the eutrophication process of the Lake mainly affected the molecular carbon isotope composition of aliphatic hydrocarbons and aliphatic alcohols derived from algal,emergent and floating plant.As the number of microorganisms in eutrophic water increased significantly,the proportion of secondary fatty acids derived from anoxic bacteria in bound and free long-chain fatty acids were increasing,resulted in significant changes in the molecular carbon isotope composition of long-chain fatty acids.
