摘要
目的探讨活血止痛方中药封包外敷配合红光照射治疗盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取南通市通州区中医院2021年12月—2023年7月收治的180例盆腔炎患者为研究对象,按照治疗方案不同将其分为对照组(n=80)和观察组(n=100)。对照组采用妇笑颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用活血止痛方中药封包外敷配合红光照射治疗。比较两组治疗效果、疼痛程度和临床各项指标消失时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.00%,高于对照组的88.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组下腹坠胀消失时间、腰骶部疼痛消失时间、白带恢复正常时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血止痛方中药封包外敷配合红光照射治疗盆腔炎效果较为显著,能够缓解疼痛,改善临床各项指标,在临床治疗方案中值得大范围推广与实施。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huoxue Zhitong decoction with external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with red light irradiation on pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 180 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Tongzhou District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Nantong City from December 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group(n=80)and an observation group(n=100)according to different treatment plans.The control group was treated with women's smile granules,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Zhitong decoction and external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with red light irradiation on the basis of the control group.Compare the treatment efficacy,pain level,and disappearance time of clinical indicators between two groups Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.00%,which was higher than the control group's 88.75%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analog pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of lower abdominal distension,lumbosacral pain,and recovery time of vaginal discharge in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease,the effect of giving Huoxue Zhitong decoction and external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with red light irradiation is more significant,which can alleviate the pain and improve the clinical indexes,and it is worth to be promoted and implemented in a wide range in the clinical treatment program.
