摘要
目的探讨低分子肝素与阿司匹林联合治疗习惯性流产患者的疗效。方法选择2021年2月—2023年4月滕州市妇幼保健院收治的76例习惯性流产患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用低分子肝素治疗。对比两组的凝血功能、性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、血清细胞因子水平、妊娠结局、不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间均长于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组纤维蛋白原水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕酮、雌二醇、人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组活产率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低分子肝素与阿司匹林联合治疗习惯性流产患者,其效果显著,能够使患者凝血功能得到有效改善,对性激素水平进行有效调节,以改善患者的妊娠结局,活产率得以提升,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of low molecular weight heparin combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with habitual abortion.Methods 76 patients with habitual abortion admitted to Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin on the basis of the control group.The coagulation function,sex hormone levels,endometrial thickness,serum cytokine levels,pregnancy outcomes,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the activated partial thromboplastin time,thrombin time and prothrombin time in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fibrinogen level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of progesterone,estradiol and human chorionic gonadotropin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had a higher live birth rate than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of low molecular weight heparin and aspirin for habitual abortion has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the coagulation function of patients,effectively regulate the level of sex hormones,improve the pregnancy outcome of patients,and improve the live birth rate,which is worthy of promotion.
