贵州省燃煤污染型地方性氟中毒病区人群氟暴露水平变化 被引量:3

Changes of fluoride exposure levels among local residents in coal-burning endemic fluorosis area in Guizhou province

摘要 目的分析贵州省燃煤污染型地方性氟中毒病区食物中氟污染及人群尿氟水平变化,为地方性氟中毒的防控效果评价及开展持续性防治提供参考依据。方法以贵州省燃煤型地方性氟中毒病区(织金县H村)和无氟暴露的非病区(安顺市Z村)作为调查点,对曾于2013年调查的氟暴露人群(146人)及对照人群(57人)于2017年进行追踪调查。采集调查点大米、玉米、辣椒及人群尿样,采用氟离子选择电极法测定氟含量,对食物中的氟污染及人群氟负荷的动态变化进行分析。结果病区食物中的氟含量均高于对照区,2017年辣椒中的氟含量高于2013年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2017年大米、玉米中的氟含量较2013年差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。氟暴露人群的尿氟含量高于对照区人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),4年前后的尿氟含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同性别人群的尿氟含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着人群年龄的增加,尿氟含量升高(P<0.05);各年龄组人群4年前后的尿氟含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本次调查的贵州省燃煤污染型地方性氟中毒病区织金县H村仍存在低氟污染,低氟暴露是引起病区人群体内氟负荷长期居高的原因之一。 Objective To know the changes of fluoride pollution in foods and the urinary fluoride levels of residents in coalburning endemic fluorosis area in Guizhou,and provide the reference for the evaluation of prevention and control and sustained control of endemic fluorosis.Methods H village(coal-burning endemic fluorosis area)in Zhijin and Z village(non-fluoride contaminated area)in Anshun in Guizhou were selected as the investigation sites.In 2017,a follow-up survey was conducted in146 local residents in the fluorosis area and 57 local residents in the control area who were investigated in 2013.The fluoridecontaminated foods(rice,corn and chili pepper),the urinary samples of residents were collected and the fluoride content was determined by fluoride ion-selective electrode.The changes of fluoride pollution of foods and urinary fluoride of residents were analyzed.Results The fluoride content of foods in the fluorosis area was significantly higher than that in the control area.Fluoride content in chili pepper was higher than that in 2013(P<0.05),but no significant changes in the fluoride contents in rice and corn were seen compared with that in 2013(P>0.05).The fluoride content in urine was higher in the fluoride-exposed group compared with the control(P<0.05),and revealed no significant in 2013 and 2017(P>0.05),as well as in male and female(P>0.05),it also increased with the increase of age(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in urinary fluoride among different age groups in 2013 and 2017(P>0.05).Conclusion The low fluoride pollution still persists in the investigated fluorosis area,and the low fluoride exposure is one of the factors inducing the long-term high fluoride load in the exposed residents.
