摘要
目的了解某烟草薄片企业噪声作业岗位职业健康情况。方法选取2018-2020年河南省某烟草薄片企业岗前体检无异常的接触噪声作业人员300名作为研究组,未接触噪声作业人员180名为对照组,进行职业卫生学调查、职业健康检查及噪声测定,分析某烟草薄片企业噪声对作业工人健康影响。结果某烟草薄片企业噪声作业岗位作业人员每天接触噪声时间>8 h,全员配有3M-1270耳塞,但仅有87.00%人员按要求佩戴。经单因素方差分析,发现研究组头疼/头晕、高血压、心电图异常和电测听异常发生率均较对照组高(P均<0.05)。结论该薄片企业噪声强度较高,对作业人员职业健康造成威胁,企业应采取新工艺降噪,完善职业病防治制度,并加强对作业人员职业健康知识培训,正确佩戴降噪耳塞,以减少噪声的危害。
objective To understand the health status of workers with noise exposure in a tobacco slice enterprise.Methods 300 workers having noise exposure and no abnormal physical examination before taking their positions in a tobacco enterprise from2018-2020 were selected as study group and 180 workers without exposure to noise were selected as control group.Investigation,occupational health examination and noise measurement were conducted,and impact of the noise in the studied tobacco slice enterprise on the health of workers was analyzed.Result In the studied tobacco slice enterprise,the duration for workers with noise exposure was more than 8 hours per day,and the whole staff was required to be equipped with 3 M-1270 earplugs,but only 87.00%of them did as required.By one-way analysis of variance,it was found that incidence rate of headache and dizziness,hypertension,abnormal electrocardiogram(ECG)and abnormal hearing test in the study group were all significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The noise intensity of production process in the studied enterprise is high,threatening the occupational health of workers,and the enterprise should adopt new technologies to reduce noise,improve the system of occupational disease prevention and control,strengthen the training of occupational health knowledge for workers and wear noise-reduction earplugs correctly to reduce the harm of noise.
