血清指标与心力衰竭合并肺部感染患者心功能的相关性研究 被引量:2

Correlation study between serum index and cardiac function in patients with heart failure with pulmonary infection

摘要 目的探讨胆碱酯酶(CHE)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及白细胞介素-10(IL-10)与心力衰竭合并肺部感染患者心功能的相关性。方法选取2018年6月—2021年2月周口市疾病预防控制中心专科病医院收治的65例心力衰竭患者为心力衰竭组,54例心力衰竭合并肺部感染患者为心力衰竭合并肺部感染组,并选择同期医院60名健康体检者为对照组。比较各组CHE、IL-1β、IL-10、左心室射血分数(LVEF)及左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)水平,采用Pearson法分析心力衰竭合并肺部感染患者CHE、IL-1β及IL-10与LVEF、LVEDD的相关性。结果心力衰竭组、心力衰竭合并肺部感染组CHE、IL-10、LVEF水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且心力衰竭合并肺部感染组明显低于心力衰竭组(P<0.05);心力衰竭组、心力衰竭合并肺部感染组IL-1β、LVEDD水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且心力衰竭合并肺部感染组明显高于心力衰竭组(P<0.05);经Pearson法分析表明,CHE、IL-10与心力衰竭合并肺部感染患者LVEF呈正相关(r=0.345、0.443,P<0.05),与LVEDD呈负相关(r=-0.330、-0.470,P<0.05);IL-1β与心力衰竭合并肺部感染患者LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.542,P<0.05),与LVEDD呈正相关(r=0.419,P<0.05)。结论CHE、IL-10在心力衰竭合并肺部感染患者中呈低表达,IL-1β呈高表达,且三者与患者心功能密切相关。 Objective To explore the correlation between cholinesterase(CHE),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-10(IL-10)and cardiac function in patients with heart failure with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 65 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from Jun.2018 to Feb.2021 were selected as the heart failure group,54 patients with heart failure with pulmonary infection were selected as the heart failure with pulmonary infection group,and 60 healthy volunteers were selected in our hospital as the control group in the same period.The levels of CHE,IL-1β,IL-10,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD)in each group were compared,Pearson method was used to analyse the correlation of CHE,IL-1βand IL-10 with LVEF,LVEDD in patients with heart failure with pulmonary infection.Results The levels of CHE,IL-10 and LVEF in the heart failure group and heart failure with pulmonary infection group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the heart failure with pulmonary infection group were obviously lower than those in the heart failure group(P<0.05);The levels of IL-1βand LVEDD in the heart failure group and heart failure with pulmonary infection group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the heart failure with pulmonary infection group were obviously higher than those in the heart failure group(P<0.05);Pearson method analysis revealed that there was a positive correlation between CHE and IL-10 with LVEF in patients with heart failure with pulmonary infection(r=0.345,0.443,P<0.05),and there was a negative correlation with LVEDD(r=-0.330,-0.470,P<0.05);There was a negative correlation between IL-1βwith LVEF in patients with heart failure with pulmonary infection(r=-0.542,P<0.05),and there was a positive correlation with LVEDD(r=0.419,P<0.05).Conclusion CHE and IL-10 were lowly expressed in patients with heart failure with pulmonary infection,IL-1βwas highly expressed,and the three indexes were closely associated with cardiac function of patients.
