摘要
在目前的工程设计实践中,超限高层建筑主体结构的抗震设计往往备受重视,而对其基础进行抗震设计的重视程度却相对不足,这在安全性上是有所欠缺的。在论述现有超限高层桩基抗震设计计算方法的基础上,从性能化设计的角度出发,对中、大震下桩基应满足的性能目标进行探讨,认为可简化为“中震不坏,大震不倒”,并由此提出相应的地震作用下竖向承载力复核标准。采用该标准对一典型的148.7m高框架-核心筒结构的桩基进行了计算复核。结果表明:在高地震烈度区,忽视中、大震下的桩基抗震验算可能存在一定的安全隐患。还认为需要有更多的相关研究并最终形成规范条文来填补桩基在中、大震作用下的抗震设计这一空白,进一步保证结构在强震下的安全性。
In the current engineering design practice,the seismic design of the main structure of out-of-code high-rise buildings is usually paid much attention,while the attention to the seismic design of their foundations is relatively insufficient,which is lacking in safety.On the basis of discussing the present calculation methods for seismic design of pile foundations of out-of-code high-rise buildings,this paper discusses the performance objective that pile foundations should meet under moderate and major earthquakes from the perspective of performance-based design.It is believed that it can be simplified as“No damage in a moderate earthquake,no collapse in a major earthquake”,and the corresponding vertical bearing capacity review standard under earthquake action is proposed.The standard is used to calculate and review the pile foundations of a typical 148.7m high frame-core wall structure,and the results show that in the high seismic intensity area,ignoring the seismic check of the pile foundations under moderate and major earthquakes may have certain safety hazards.This paper also believes that more relevant researches are needed to form code provisions to fill the gap of seismic design of pile foundations under moderate and major earthquakes,and to further ensure the safety of structures under strong earthquakes.
