摘要
发展红色旅游是弘扬革命文化、践行社会主义核心价值观的重要途径。本文选取"携程网""马蜂窝""猫途鹰""同程旅游""驴妈妈"五个旅游网站收集有效评论作为研究数据,运用内容分析法与扎根理论对嘉兴南湖红色旅游目的地的"认知—情感"三维模型形象感知进行分析。研究发现:嘉兴南湖景区的认知形象可以分为旅游景观、位置区划、文化底蕴、旅游设施与服务和旅游环境与氛围五个主类目。"认知—情感"三维模型在红色旅游目的地中的适用性得到验证。旅游者对景区的红色文化有强烈感知,在红色旅游目的地的形象构建上有待提升。
Developing red tourism is an important way to carry forward revolutionary culture and practice socialist core values.This paper selects Ctrip,Hornet’s Nest,Catwalk Eagle,Tongcheng Tourism and Donkey Mother to collect effective comments as research data,and uses content analysis and grounded theory to analyze the image perception of the cognition-emotion three-dimensional model of Jiaxing Nanhu red tourism destination.It is found that,the cognitive image of Jiaxing Nanhu scenic spot can be divided into five main categories:tourism landscape,location zoning,cultural heritage,tourism facilities and services,and tourism environment and atmosphere.The applicability of cognition-emotion three-dimensional model in red tourism destinations has been verified.Tourists have a strong perception of the red culture in the scenic spot,and the image construction of the red tourism destination needs to be improved.
