摘要
在新时代背景下,社会主义人才培养体系赋予了高校更加丰富、更加广泛的深刻内涵,高等院校在人才培养机制的制定与执行上,要着眼"立德树人"这一使命与灵魂,更加倾向以立德为根本,以树人为核心,充分发挥主观能动性,围绕人才培养的综合领域,从学科育人载体、育人队伍客体、高校人才主体等层面切入,构建立体多维的人才培养格局。探索"立德树人"根本任务要求下,人才培养的具体实践路径,强调人才培养工作的思想政治教育、价值体系引领以及时代发展属性,并细化立德树人人才培养成效评价机制,使培养模式内化于思想,外化于实践。
In the context of the new era,the socialist talent-training system has endowed colleges and universities with a richer and broader profound connotation.In the formulation and implementation of the talent-training mechanism,colleges and universities should focus on the mission and soul of "building virtue and fostering people",they are more inclined to take morality as the foundation,take fostering people as the core,give full play to their subjective initiative,and focus on the comprehensive field of personnel training from the perspectives of the carrier of discipline education,the object of education team,and the subject of talents in colleges and universities,constructing A three-dimensional and multi-dimensional pattern of personnel training.To explore the practical path of personnel training under the basic task of "establishing morality and fostering people",and to emphasize the ideological and Political Education,the guidance of value system and the attributes of the development of the Times in personnel training,it also details the evaluation mechanism of cultivating talents,so that the training mode is internalized in thought and externalized in practice.
