摘要
人才优先发展战略是推动我国创新驱动的重要发展战略,人才制度优先创新是核心内容。我国博士后制度为实施创新驱动,培育高层次青年人才作出重要贡献。随着我国人才制度改革的全面深化,博士后管理、资助及评估制度突显发展困境,迫切需要围绕对"人"或"人才"的关注,做出可持续的路径探索。
Talent priority development strategy is an important development strategy to promote innovation driven in China,and talent system priority innovation is the core content.China's post doctoral system makes an important contribution to the implementation of innovation driven and cultivation of high-level young talents.With the deepening of talent system reform in China,the post doctoral management,funding and evaluation system highlights the development dilemma.It is urgent to make sustainable path exploration around the concern of "people" or "talents".
