摘要
传统创新创业教育存在课程设置不够合理、师资力量匮乏、难以激发学生学习兴趣、课程内容难以复用,学生无法个性化、碎片化学习等弊端,本文从大学生创新创业微课平台教学优势出发,提出了改变教育观念、科学规划微课平台课程体系、组建多层次、多维度师资、加强微课平台运营等四大创新创业微课平台构建措施,并在实践中初显成效,期望能够为高校创新创业人才培养提供参考。
Traditional innovation and entrepreneurship education has some disadvantages,such as unreasonable curriculum,lack of teachers,difficulty in arousing students' interest in learning,difficulty in reusing curriculum content,and students' inability to individualize and fragment learning.Based on the advantages of innovation and entrepreneurship micro course platform teaching for college students,this paper proposes to change the educational concept,scientifically plan the micro course platform curriculum system,and establish a multi-level curriculum system Four construction measures of innovation and entrepreneurship micro course platform,including multi-dimensional teachers,strengthening micro course platform operation,have achieved initial results in practice,hoping to provide reference for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in Colleges and universities.
