摘要
高校肩负着维护校园网络意识形态安全的责任,近年来,突发性的群体性网络舆情危机事件给高校意识形态工作带来挑战,这些网络舆情危机多集中在大学生对国内外时政、社会热点、校内突发事件类等舆情内容评论的聚集。当前,大学生对互联网的依赖程度较高、对非主流公众号的关注度上升、偏爱"自由"发声的舆论环境,这些都是基于整体舆论生态环境的转变、大学生在舆论环境下从众心理的博弈以及高校在危机舆情下的集体失语困境。高校要提升大学生的网络素养与法制意识、加强教育管理者的舆论引领能力,构建合理表达舆论的规则体系,促成积极健康的网络生态环境,从而赢得青年学生,确保高校网络意识形态阵地安全。
Colleges and universities shoulder the responsibilities of maintaining the security of campus network ideology.In recent years,the sudden mass crisis of network public opinion has brought challenges to the ideological work of colleges and universities.The online public opinion crisis in colleges and universities mainly focuses on three aspects:domestic and foreign politics,social issues,and campus emergencies.College students have a high degree of dependence on the Internet,pay more attention to non-mainstream public accounts,and prefer the public opinion environment with "free" voice.These reasons are based on the changes of the ecological environment of public opinion and the game of college students' conformity psychology under public opinion.Colleges and universities should improve the network literacy of college students,strengthen the public opinion leading ability of teachers and official workers,build a rule system to reasonably express public opinion,promote a positive and healthy network ecological environment,win the young students' reliance,and ensure the security of the network ideological position of colleges and universities.
