摘要
为提升我军装备采购价格管理工作效率和质量,给后期深化装备采购制度改革及研究提供借鉴,以装备采购定价议价制度为研究核心,以历史为维度,在分析装备采购定价议价制度内涵基础上,通过对自我国建国以来装备采购定价议价的历史沿革与变迁及各历史阶段特点的研究,进而总结出我国装备采购定价议价制度发展历史规律。
In order to improve the efficiency and quality of equipment purchase price management in our army,and provide reference for deepening the reform and research of equipment purchase system in the later period,this paper firstly takes equipment purchase price negotiation system as the research core and history as the dimension.Then,after analyzing the connotation of equipment purchase price negotiation system,it studies the historical evolution and changes of equipment purchase price negotiation and the characteristics of each historical level since the founding of our country.Finally,it sums up the historical rules of developing the pricing system of equipment procurement in our country.
