摘要
三排柱式回转支承常用于多工况重载盾构机主轴承,其寿命计算复杂。文中基于赫兹接触理论,计算三排柱式回转支承的各工况载荷分布。分别基于ISO标准和L-P理论,计算回转支承每排滚柱或滚道在各工况的疲劳寿命,采用乘法法则和线性损伤累积理论,对三排柱式回转支承的整体进行综合寿命计算。ISO标准把每排滚柱当成整体考虑,而L-P理论考虑了倾覆力矩和径向力在每排滚柱的作用区域,更加符合实际工况,提高了寿命计算的准确性。
The three-row column slewing bearing is often used for the main bearing of the shield machine with heavy loads under multiple working conditions,and its life calculation is complicated.Based on the Hertz contact theory,the load distribution of the three-row column slewing bearing under various working conditions was calculated.Based on ISO standard and L-P theory,the fatigue life of each row of roller and raceway of slewing bearing under different working conditions was calculated.By using the product rule and linear damage accumulation theory,the comprehensive life of the three-row column slewing bearing was calculated.ISO standard considers each row of rollers as a whole,while L-P theory considers the action area of overturning torque and radial force in each row of rollers,which is more in line with the actual working conditions and improves the accuracy of life calculation.
