摘要
装配式建筑在我国的推广应用逐渐成熟。但从我国装配式建筑的生产实践来看,现阶段出现了推广装配式建筑的一些瓶颈,尽管各地出台了一些激励政策,但这些政策还未对装配式建筑推广的全过程进行梳理研究,针对性和系统性还未十分完善。针对目前我国装配式建筑发展的制约瓶颈,系统地研究推广装配式建筑的各个环节的对策,为推广装配式建筑发展提供更加宽松的社会环境,助力我国装配式建筑的健康稳步快速发展。
The popularization and application of prefabricated buildings in China has become common practice.However,from the production practice of prefabricated buildings in China,there are some bottlenecks in promoting prefabricated buildings at this stage.Although some incentive policies have been introduced in various places,these policies have not yet combed the entire process of prefabricated building promotion.Sexuality and systemicity are not very perfect.Aiming at the current bottlenecks in the development of prefabricated buildings in China,this paper systematically studies the countermeasures of all aspects of prefabricated buildings in order to provide a more relaxed social environment for the promotion of prefabricated buildings and help the healthy and steady development of prefabricated buildings in China.
