摘要 科教融合是有效促进人才实践创新能力协同培养的现代高等教育模式。本研究通过问卷调查方式,对山东某高校一校区科教融合现状、人才培养驱动力、科教深度融合策略进行了探讨分析。调查结果显示,人才培养、资源共享及薪酬绩效制度改革仍是影响科教深度融合的关键因素。以提升学生实践创新能力和提高教师工作幸福感为核心的体制机制改革应当作为促进科教融合长效发展的重要策略。 The integration of science and education is a modern higher education model that can effectively promote the collaborative cultivation for the practical and innovative abilities of talents.Through questionnaire survey,this study discussed and analyzed the current situation of science and education integration,the driving force of talent cultivation and the strategies of science and education integration in a campus of a university in Shandong Province.The results of the survey showed that the institutional reforms of talent training,resource sharing,and salary and performance are still the key factors affecting the deep integration of science and education.The reform of system and mechanism,which focuses on improving the practical innovation ability of students and the work happiness of teachers,should be an important strategy to promote the long-term development of science and education integration.
