摘要
研究生支教团在巩固与拓展教育脱贫攻坚成果、推动实践育人、培养青年马克思主义者、弘扬志愿精神等方面呈现出积极作用。本文系统分析新时代研究生支教团实施过程中面临的顶层设计不够完善、聚焦服务不够精准、工作机制不够健全、志愿者培训不够系统等问题,从顶层设计、能力培训、跟踪培养、品牌建设等多角度,提出构建研究生支教团持续发展的建议与对策,以有效推进项目实施优化升级。
The postgraduate education support group has played a positive role in consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation through education,promoting practical education,cultivating young Marxists,and promoting volunteerism.This paper systematically analyzes the problems faced by the new era graduate student support group in the implementation process,such as imperfect top-level design,inaccurate focusing service,inadequate working mechanism,and inadequate volunteer training system.From the perspective of top-level design,capacity training,tracking and training,brand building,this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to build a graduate student support group for sustainable development,so as to effectively promote the optimization and upgrading of project implementation.
