摘要
作为民国时期的教育家,张伯苓出身海军,在北洋水师学堂任见习军官时期接受了正规的新式教育训练,为其教育理念奠定了最初的思想基础。在办学实践中,张伯苓践行其教育理念,成功创办了南开大学。文章主要从爱国教育、道德训练、提倡科学、重视体育、团体意识等维度,对张伯苓的教育理念进行阐述,结合目前军队院校在各维度上的建设情况,进一步探析张伯苓教育理念对军队院校基础教学的启示和指导。
As an educator during the Republic of China period,Zhang Boling came from the navy and received formal new education and training during his time at the Beiyang Naval Academy and as a probationary officer,laying the initial ideological foundation for his educational philosophy.In his educational practice,Zhang Boling practiced his educational philosophy and successfully founded Nankai University.This article mainly elaborates on Zhang Boling's educational philosophy from the dimensions of patriotic education,moral training,advocating science,valuing sports,and team awareness.Based on the current construction situation of military academies in various dimensions,it further explores the inspiration and guidance of Zhang Boling's educational philosophy on basic teaching in military academies.
