摘要 文章以“蛋白质两性解离与等电点测定”实验为例探讨,OBE(Outcome-Based Education)理念指导下学生量化自评考核表在生物化学实验教学中的实践应用。通过在实验课程中引入OBE理念和量化自评考核表,旨在提高实验教学的效果与质量,帮助学生了解自己在生物化学实验教学中的表现和掌握程度,及时发现不足并加以改进。 This article takes the"Protein Amphoteric Dissociation and Isoelectric Point Determination"experiment as an example to explore the practical application of student quantitative self-assessment assessment form under the guidance of OBE(Output Based Education)concept in biochemistry experimental teaching.By introducing the OBE concept and quantitative self-evaluation assessment form in experimental courses,the aim is to improve the effectiveness and quality of experimental teaching,help students understand their performance and mastery level in biochemistry experimental teaching,and timely identify deficiencies and make improvements.
