摘要
痹证由来已久,首见于《黄帝内经》,该病病因病机复杂,历代医家对此各有见解,治疗上也颇有不同,但多以祛风、除湿、散寒为主。藿香正气散出自《太平惠民和剂局方》,为治疗外寒内湿的经典方剂,临床上常用于胃肠型感冒、消化不良等疾病。云岭名医彭江云教授则常用藿香正气散加减治疗类风湿关节炎、骨关节炎、痛风等属于寒湿痹证、湿热痹证者。彭师认为,寒湿痹证、湿热痹证的治疗关键在于治"湿",而治"湿"之要又在治"脾",藿香正气散具有解表化湿、理气和中之功,治疗痹证外可解表散邪,内可健脾除湿,一举两得,疗效甚佳,今予浅析,以资共享。
Bi syndrome has a long history.It is first seen in Huangdi Neijing.The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are complex.Doctors of all ages have different opinions on this,and the treatment is quite different,but most of them are mainly to dispel wind,remove dampness and disperse cold.Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder(藿香正气散)comes from Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang.It is a classic prescription for treating external cold and internal dampness.It is commonly used in gastrointestinal cold,dyspepsia and other diseases.Professor PENG Jiangyun,a famous doctor in Yunling,often uses Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder to treat rheumatoid arthritis,osteoarthritis and gout,which belong to cold dampness arthralgia syndrome and dampness heat arthralgia syndrome.Professor PENG believes that the key to the treatment of arthralgia of cold-dampness syndrome and damp-heat syndrome is to treat“dampness”,and the treatment of“dampness”lies in the treatment of“spleen”.Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder has the functions of relieving exterior dampness,regulating Qi and harmonizing the middle.The treatment of Bi syndrome can dispel exterior pathogenic factors and internal invigorate spleen and remove dampness,which can kill two birds with one stone.The curative effect is very good.
