摘要
腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)是脊柱外科常见疾病,其发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,严重危害人类的身心健康。目前经皮神经电刺激(transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation,TENS)作为一种电生理辅助疗法,具有镇痛、无创、安全、便捷、费用低等多方面优点,其治疗LDH的疗效确切,在国外广泛应用于治疗下腰痛,能够提升患者的生活质量,具有很大的利用和开发价值。该文对近十年来国内外公开发表的关于TENS治疗LDH的文献研究进行总结,探讨TENS治疗LDH的临床应用价值,并发现TENS的设备参数包括刺激强度、电极片放置部位、电流频率及持续使用时间对临床疗效具有较大影响,应在今后对其进行更深入的研究,以便更好地指导临床应用。
Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common disease in spine surgery,and its incidence is increasing year by year,which seriously endangers human physical and mental health.Now,transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS),as an electrophysiological adjuvant therapy,has many advantages such as analgesia,non-invasiveness,safety,convenience and low cost.It is effective in the treatment of lumber disc herniation.It is widely used in the treatment of low back pain abroad,which can improve the quality of life of patients,and has great utilization and development value.This article summarizes the literature research on TENS treatment LDH published at home and abroad in the past ten years,discusses the clinical application value of TENS treatment LDH,and finds that TENS equipment parameters include stimulation intensity,electrode placement location,current frequency and continuous use time has a greater impact on clinical efficacy.It should be further studied in the future to better guide the clinical application.
