摘要
首先全面剖析了煤炭企业发展面临的新形势,如供给侧结构性改革要求煤炭企业转型发展,生态环境约束倒逼煤炭企业转变发展方式,煤炭行业未来定位和发展方式发生变化。然后,提出煤炭企业转型发展必须要走产业协同发展的道路。产业协同主要有煤炭开发与利用协同、新兴产业与传统产业协同、环境与经济协同3个方向,并以煤炭企业产业协同评价指标体系为基础,构建评价模型。最后,以TM集团为例,将煤炭企业产业协同评价模型进行了实证研究。
First,the new situation faced by the coal enterprises development was analyzed comprehensively.For example,the supply-side structural reform requires coal enterprises to transform and develop,the ecological environment constraints force coal enterprises to change their development methods,and the future positioning and development of the coal industry have changed.Then,it is proposed that the transformation and development of coal enterprises must take the road of industrial coordinated development.Industrial synergy mainly includes three directions:coal development and utilization synergy,emerging industries and traditional industries,and environment and economic synergy,and an evaluation model was built based on the coal enterprise industry collaborative evaluation index system.Finally,taking TM Group as an example,an empirical study was conducted on the coal enterprise industry synergy evaluation model.
