摘要
为了使井下作业油管桥搭设时方便快捷地一次性搭设成功,研制和开发了卡簧式升降式油管凳。该卡簧式油管凳主要由支撑座、固定管和托盘组成;其托盘下面设计了一个升降杆,此升降杆上面设有卡槽,升降杆插在固定管内,卡簧通过使用弹簧销轴将其固定在固定管上端,并能够使其与卡槽相互配合,固定管的下端连接着支撑座。通过现场应用发现此种卡簧式升降油管凳的升降性能很好,可以大大缩短井下作业施工准备时间,并且其操作不仅简单方便还安全可靠。
To install tubing racks successfully and conveniently in one step,a new type of clip reed lifting false rotary table was developed.This tool is mainly composed of pallet,fixed tube,supporting base.The pallet connect with the lifting rod with slot inserted fixed tube supporting base.The clip reed is on the top of fixed tube fixed by spring pin and complying with slot.The supporting base is above the fixed tube.It improves the lifting performance of the clip reed lifting false rotary table is very good,that saves a tot of time and operates simply,conveniently,safely and reliably.
