摘要 随着油田开发的不断深入,冀中南部油田套管上窜的油水井不断增多,上窜高度不断增加,应用焊接加固等工艺已无法满足对套管上窜的治理需要。通过应用井口降套工艺,实现了套管上窜井降低油层套管高度,恢复油水井正常生产的目的,很好的解决了因套管上窜带来的油水井生产和作业施工安全隐患的问题。在67口套管上窜井上应用井口降套工艺,减少因套管上窜造成的作业施工106井次,减少影响原油产量2550吨,合计创造经济效益1238.2万元,具有较好的推广应用前景。 With the deepening of the oilfield development,The oil and water well of the casing running in the southern Jizhong oilfield was increasing,the height of the running was mounting,Application of the welding reinforcement technology has been unable to meet the needs of governance on the casing running.Through the application of technology of reducing wellhead casing height,achieve to reduce height of the casing of the casing running well,the purpose of the resumption of normal productionthe of the oil and water wells.The trouble of the production of oil and water well and safety hidden of operation construction brought by the casing running is solved very well.Application of technology of reducing wellhead casing height in the 67 of the casing running well,reduce the work construction of 106 wells due to casing running,reduce the impact of crude oil production 2550 tons,together to create economic benefits 1.2382 million yuan,It has better application in the future.
