摘要
京能内蒙古康巴什热点有限公司2*350MW超临界机组使用的是上海西喜爱生产的高压旁路阀,因设计原因该阀门在2013年投运以来多次出现内漏情况,可一直没有较好的解决方案。通过分析阀门的结构形式、机组启停方式、检修工艺以及阀门密封面损坏的情况等,提出了合理的阀芯、阀座升级改造方案:将阀芯密封面由外置式改为内涵式,线型密封改为球面密封,阀芯组件由原平衡式结构改为预启阀结构,彻底解决了该阀门内漏情况。保证了机组的安全经济运行,对选用同类型高压旁路阀的机组有很好的借鉴意义。
the two units of our company use the high-pressure bypass valve produced by Shanghai Xieyi.Due to the design reason,the valve has suffered from internal leakage for many times since it was put into operation in 2013,but there is no good solution.Based on the analysis of the structure of the valve,the starting and stopping mode of the unit,the maintenance process and the damage of the sealing surface of the valve,the reasonable upgrading and reconstruction scheme of the valve core and the valve seat is put forward:the sealing surface of the valve core is changed from the external type to the internal type,the linear seal to the spherical seal,the valve core component is changed from the original balanced structure to the pre opening valve structure,which completely solves the internal leakage of the valve.It ensures the safe and economic operation of the unit,and has a good reference significance for the selection of units with the same type of high-pressure bypass valve.
