摘要
利用分光光度计测定六种腌制品中亚硝酸盐的含量,然后对这六种腌制品进行质量的综合评价。
The nitrite content in six kinds of pickled products was determined by photometer method,and then the quality of the six kinds of condiments was evaluated synthetically.
