气相法聚乙烯工艺节能技术进展

摘要 综述了气相法聚乙烯工艺降低电、氮气、循环水和蒸汽消耗的技术进展。优选挤压造粒机组和循环气压缩机、保持挤压造粒机组高负荷运行、减少反应器循环回路堵塞以及优化颗粒风送系统可以降低电耗。膜分离技术、膜分离组合变压吸附技术以及膜分离组合深冷分离技术的应用通过分离和回收排放气尾气中的氮气减少氮气消耗。在减少反应器循环回路堵塞、优化颗粒风送系统以降低能耗方面仍然有待进一步改进。 This paper reviews the technical progress of reducing the consumption of electricity,nitrogen,circulating water and steam in gas phase polyethylene process.The key to reduce the power con-sumption is to choose the optimal extruder train and cycle gas compressor,maintain high load operation of extruder,reduce the blockage of the circulation loop of the reactor and optimize the product blending and transfer system.Membrane separation technology,membrane separation combined with PSA technology and membrane separation combined with cryogenic separation technology can be applied to the separation and recovery of nitrogen and hydrocarbon components from the vent gas.Further improvement is needed to reduce the blockage of the circulation loop and optimize product blending and transfer system to reduce en-ergy consumption.
