摘要
目的探讨心力衰竭患者出院后再入院的相关影响因素,为临床防治提供参考。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年1月我院接诊的98例心力衰竭患者临床资料,分析再入院的相关影响因素。结果98例患者中出院后再入院46例(46.94%),未再入院52例(53.06%);Logistic回归分析显示,年龄>70岁、心功能分级Ⅳ级、NT-proBNP≥3.24 pmol/L、小学及以下文化、高盐饮食、心肌梗死病史、合并高血压、合并感染为心力衰竭患者出院后再入院的独立危险因素(P<0.05且OR≥1)。结论心力衰竭患者出院后再入院是多种因素共同作用所致,临床需针对各危险因素加强干预,以降低心力衰竭患者出院后再入院比例。
Objective To explore the related influencing factors of patients with heart failure and re-admission to hospital,and to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods The clinical data of 98 heart failure patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and the related influencing factors of heart failure patients admitted to hospital after discharge were analyzed.Results Among 98 patients,46 patients(46.94%)were re-admitted after discharge,and 52 patients(53.06%)were not re-admitted.Logistic regression analysis showed that the age was>70 years old,cardiac function gradeⅣ,NT-proBNP≥3.24 pmol/L,Primary school and below culture,high-salt diet,history of myocardial infarction,combined hypertension,and combined infection are independent risk factors for heart failure patients who are admitted to hospital after discharge(P<0.05 and OR≥1).Conclusion The re-admission of patients with heart failure after hospital discharge is caused by a combination of various factors.Clinical interventions should be strengthened according to various risk factors to reduce the proportion of re-admission patients after discharge.
